Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed through the LumaGuard store.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If an item is out of stock or mispriced we'll contact you and refund in full rather than ship the wrong thing.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Shopify.
Product information and warranty
Run times, brightness and detection ranges are typical figures measured in good conditions; real-world performance varies with sunlight, temperature and placement. Products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date.
Installation and safe use
Install lights following the supplied instructions. Outdoor units are weather resistant, not submersible. We're not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or modification of a product.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
