Shipping & delivery
All LumaGuard orders are packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Everything else leaves us within 1–2 working days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
UK delivery
Standard tracked delivery typically arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch. Express options, where available, are shown at checkout. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your postcode.
Tracking your order
Your tracking link is emailed on dispatch and updates within 24 hours of the carrier scanning the parcel. If tracking hasn't moved after three working days, contact us and we'll chase it for you.
Delays and missing parcels
We treat a UK parcel as lost if it hasn't arrived 10 working days after dispatch. Once confirmed with the carrier, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
