Refund & returns

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once it reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

If something arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

Under UK consumer law you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and return the goods within a further 14 days. Our 30-day policy sits on top of these rights and does not replace them.

Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll reply with the return address and instructions. Return postage on unwanted items is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
