Include your order number and we'll check the status of your parcel with the carrier and come back to you the same day where we can.
Choosing the right light
Tell us where you want to fit the light — drive, side passage, shed, doorway, stairs or cabinet — and how much daylight the spot gets. We'll point you at the model that suits it.
Returns and faults
Email your order number with a photo or short video of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Full details are on our refund policy page.
